Component production
A key part of the manufacturing programme at ISOTRA is the production of plastic components, plastic pressed pieces, metal sheet and aluminium components for our own production, and for other producers of shading technology. The prevailing part of production is represented by components for our own production. Free capacities are used for production for clients from the knitting, electrical and civil engineering industries. We also have a powder varnish shop for the powder coating of aluminium profiles, metal sheet and parts for our own production of blinds and order-based products.
Technology for injection of thermo plastics
ISOTRA owns the injection shop for thermo plastics fitted with a central cooling unit and closed cooling unit.

Injection molding

Free capacities are used for production for clients from the knitting, electrical and civil engineering industries. We process the following types of plastic: PA, POM, PE, ABS, PP, PC, PS.
Technology for pressing metal sheet parts
ISOTRA machinery includes several eccentric presses with the pressing force 10 – 100 t, which are used for the production of metal components for blinds, e.g. couplings for ladders, hinges for blinds, leading bars and parts from aluminium semi-products.

The powder varnish shop is for the powder coating of aluminium profiles, metal sheets and parts. DATEL technology is equipped with a de-greasing box and burning oven with a length of 6 m..

We process powder paints in the PES façade version with Qualicoat certificates. Free capacities are offered to clients from the area of shading technology, as well as to parties interested in powder varnishing.
