Plisse - variable and so elegant

Plisse - variable and so elegant
Plisse blinds are pleated fabric blinds that will dress your windows, make your interior cozier and of course provide shading tailored to your room. You can choose Plisse fabrics with varying degrees of light transmission, fully blackout fabrics with a steamed aluminum layer that eliminates the power of thermal radiation or fabrics with pearlescent coatings with a high degree of light reflection.

Production Modernization

In 2021, ISOTRA re-modernized the entire production system of this increasingly popular product and released a new, expanded sample book for Plisse fabrics. The transformation concerns a more modern appearance of the profiles, the addition of standard profile colors, the addition of a new type of pleated VS2 Slide Comfort and new control options. We currently offer more than 240 fabrics from 14 collections, including two collections of Honeycomb fabrics, which is a double fabric resembling a honeycomb in its shape.

The great advantage of this product is its variability of control and attachment, where there is no need to drill or screw into the wall or window, but the profile can be glued directly to the window pane. You can choose multiple fabrics that you can alternate, these Plisse blinds can be pulled classically from top to bottom, but also the other way around or apart or rolled together, etc. It can also be adapted to very atypical window shapes.

Types of Plisse blinds

We divide Plisse blinds into types according to the window they are intended for. We have Plisse blinds for vertical rectangular windows, vertical windows of atypical shapes, for roof windows, sight and ceiling Plisse blinds for rectangular windows and windows of atypical shapes as well as for triangular and arched windows.

There are many fabrics on offer and you can also match them with profiles and plastic components, which we offer in six standard colours. The control option varies depending on the type of Plisse blind and the height of the window. We have a control handle, a strip with a handle, a control brake cord and for Plisse blinds located in elevated places we offer three other control rods.

The properties of Plisse blinds in relation to light depend on several factors – e.g. weaving method, coating, yarn selection, colour, etc. These influence the optical and thermal-technical effect and ensure that each fabric has different light-technical values. Light-technical values are divided into reflection (reflection), absorption (capture) and transmission (transmission). Together, these values give 100%.

This Plisse fabric blind can really be adapted to any window. At the same time, it is modern and will fine-tune your home design.
