Detailed special offer rules ISOTRA spring bonus ISOTRA Exterior Blinds 7 + 1 for Free

ISOTRA a. s. organises for its customers a special campaign for the beginning of the season – “ISOTRA EXTERIOR BLINDS 7 + 1 FOR FREE”.

Campaign Rules

  1. The bonus exterior blinds for free (hereinafter the “BONUS”) is available for each binding order of exterior blinds placed and confirmed by the customer within the ISOTRA Partner retailer network or with any retailer of ISOTRA a. s. (hereinafter the “Business Partner”), from 3 March 2025 until 31 March 2025. The order must comprise products manufactured or supplied by ISOTRA a. s.
  2. The BONUS applies to the products specified below:
    1. Cetta 65, 80, Flexi exterior blinds;
    2. Zetta 70, 90 exterior blinds;
    3. Setta 65, 90 exterior blinds;
    4. Viva exterior blinds.
  3. The BONUS may be obtained based on the rules specified below:
    1. The customer shall place a binding order for exterior blinds during the period of the campaign.
    2. The customer shall place a binding order for exterior blinds within the ISOTRA Partner retailer network or with any retailer of ISOTRA a. s.
    3. The campaign principle 7 + 1 for free shall apply at all times, i.e., if the customer orders 8 exterior blinds, they shall receive 1 exterior blind for free; if the customer orders 16 exterior blinds, they shall receive 2 exterior blinds for free, etc. The maximum number of exterior blinds per a single order shall be 40, i.e., the customer can obtain no more than 5 exterior blinds for free.
    4. At all times, the BONUS shall apply to exterior blind(s) with the smallest area in m2.
    5. At all times, the BONUS shall apply to motorised versions of exterior blinds equipped with BASIC or SOMFY motors.

  5. The customer shall use said website to configure the exterior blinds. As part of the last configuration step, before placing a non-binding demand, the customer shall have an opportunity to generate a unique code to obtain the BONUS. The total price for the exterior blinds shall automatically adjust after obtaining the unique code. The price shall be inclusive of VAT, without installation.
  6. After sending the non-binding demand, the customer shall receive an e-mail summarising the exterior blind configurations, including the unique code. This confirmation shall be retained by the customer for retrospective verification of the campaign conditions.
  7. Within 24 hours of placing the non-binding demand, the customer shall be contacted by the Business Partner of ISOTRA a. s. regarding personal consultation for the configuration, measurement, installation, and final order.
  8. In case an order is finally concluded, the customer shall submit to the Business Partner the unique code for receiving the BONUS.
  9. The BONUS value will be deduced from the total price of the order inclusive of VAT.
  10. Participation in the campaign shall be open to any natural person over 18 years of age. The BONUS may be applied to any new binding order that satisfies the conditions specified above.

Detailed Rules of the Campaign

  1. The campaign “ISOTRA EXTERIOR BLINDS 7 + 1 FOR FREE” (hereinafter the “BONUS”) is organised by the company ISOTRA a. s. (hereinafter the “Organiser”), having its registered office at Bílovecká 2411/1, CZ-74601 Opava, Czech Republic, Business ID: 47679191, VATIN: CZ47679191. The campaign applies to the territories of the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, and selected international markets.
  2. Participation in the campaign shall be open to any natural person over 18 years of age (hereinafter the “Participant”) who places a binding order for exterior blinds during the period from 3 March 2025 until 31 March 2025. The campaign applies to the following exterior blind types: Cetta 65, 80, Flexi; Zetta 70, 90; Setta 65, 90; Viva.
  3. The binding order must be placed within the ISOTRA Partner retailer network or with any retailer of ISOTRA a. s. The campaign applies to both standard and optional configurations of the products and to both standard and optional colours.
  4. The BONUS can be obtained based on the rules specified below:
    1. The customer shall place a binding order for exterior blinds during the period of the campaign.
    2. The customer shall place a binding order for exterior blinds within the ISOTRA Partner retailer network (applies to the Czech Republic and Slovakia) or with any retailer of ISOTRA a. s. (applies to international markets).
    3. The campaign principle 7 + 1 for free shall apply at all times, i.e., if the customer orders 8 exterior blinds, they shall receive 1 exterior blind for free; if the customer orders 16 exterior blinds, they shall receive 2 exterior blinds for free, etc. The maximum number of exterior blinds within a single order shall be 40 (forty), i.e., the customer can obtain no more than 5 exterior blinds for free.
    4. At all times, the BONUS shall apply to exterior blind(s) with the smallest area in m2.
    5. At all times, the BONUS shall apply to motorised versions of exterior blinds equipped with BASIC or SOMFY motors.

      The customer shall use said website to configure the exterior blinds.   6. The consent to participate in the campaign shall be established by the Participant by generating the unique code on the website specified in Section 5 and placing a non-binding demand. The price shall be inclusive of VAT, without installation.
  7. Any and all employees of the Organiser, any and all Business Partners of the Organiser and their employees and persons closely related to them, within the meaning of Section 22 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, shall be excluded from the campaign. The Participant shall not be eligible to the BONUS if the Organiser discovers or reasonably suspects perpetration of a fraud or unfair practices by the Participant or any other person assisting the Participant in getting the BONUS.
  8. The Participant shall not be entitled to claim any performance other than the performance specified in these Detailed Rules of the Campaign, and the BONUS cannot be recovered by means of legal action.
  9. The Organiser reserves a right to alter the rules of the campaign or to cancel the campaign altogether without giving reasons and without compensation at any time during the campaign. Information regarding the campaign shall be made public using the selected on-line communication channels and advertising of ISOTRA a. s., and on the Organiser’s websites isotra.com, including the respective language versions.
  10. By participating in the Organiser’s campaign, the Participant consents to these Detailed Rules of the Campaign and undertakes to comply with them. By doing so, the Participant consents to the management and processing of their personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, until such consent is withdrawn by the Participant. The above consent by the Participant is voluntary. By participating in the Organiser’s campaign, the Participant consents to the inclusion of their personal data in the Organiser’s database, as well as to the subsequent processing of the personal data for the Organiser’s marketing purposes, i.e., including for the offering of products and services, sending of information about other campaigns, products and other activities of the Organiser, and sending of commercial communications of the Organiser by electronic means, in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended. The consent according to the previous sentence shall be given by the Participant until the consent is withdrawn by the Participant.
