Contributory pension scheme
All staff employed after successfully completing their probation period are entitled to a monthly contribution of 4 % from the employer towards a compulsory pension scheme on an assessment basis.

Additional days off for regeneration of labour forces
Staff are entitled within the calendar year or on a pro rata basis, to paid holidays for the designated working hours, a maximum of five working days.

Bonus za odpracovanou dobu
Zaměstnanec obdrží měsíčně bonus ke mzdě za odpracování stanovené pracovní doby.

Sick days neboli zdravotní volno
Společnost poskytne zaměstnanci 2 dny zdravotního volna, které mohou zaměstnanci čerpat v případě, že se necítí dobře a nechtějí si vzít neschopenku.

Odměna za překročení hospodářského výsledku
Při splnění hospodářského výsledku zaměstnanci obdrží odměnu, která se vyplácí ročně, po schválení představenstvem společnosti. 

Odměna na společenské vyžití
Zaměstnanci obdrží formou poukázek Sodexo příspěvek na zdraví, sportovní, vánoční večírek.
